We are a unique Hamptons inspired venue situated in picturesque Chowder Bay, Mosman with views across to the Eastern Suburbs and around to Clifton Gardens Beach. You can download our events brochure here.

>We can offer both full venue packages for larger events and weddings or for smaller events exclusive use of our Club Room. There are standard packages available however, because we are a smaller, family owned venue, we can also offer bespoke packages to suit your needs.

For all full venue events at East Coast Lounge there is a $1900 venue hire fee. For Weddings an additional $500 for reconfiguration of space and your personal wedding coordinator on the day.

All packages include exclusive use of our Club Room for 2 hours, a glass of bubbles from the selected package plus a beautiful range of pastries, both savoury and sweet, sandwiches, freshly baked scones with triple berry jam and cream and a large selection of organic leaf teas to choose from. Vegetarian option available, extra hours are charged at $150/hour.

Note: If full venue is required during the day on a Saturday or Sunday an additional hire fee of $1000 applies.

For all full venue events held at East Coast Lounge a $2,000 deposit is charged. This price includes exclusive use of East Coast Lounge and cost of staffing. East Coast Lounge can hold a maximum of 60 guests for a canapé event and 20 guests for sit down style. All evening events must conclude at 10pm. A cleaning fee shall be charged should the premises be left in an unacceptable state including damages to homewares and furniture. We require final guest numbers seven days prior to the event including any dietary requirements. For full venue hire, full payment of the event is required seven days prior. Cancellations prior to 30 days will incur a loss of 50% of the minimum spent as quoted on the contract. All cancelations made within seven days of the event will incur a full charge and loss of deposit. East Coast Lounge is fully licensed and no BYO beverages are permitted. The start and end times for your event have been agreed on per your contract. Earlier arrival of guests is not permitted, if for any reason this occurs a fee of $300 will apply. Guests must vacate East Coast Lounge immediately following the conclusion of the event. If the event is concluding at 10pm we ask that guests leave quietly so as not to disturb local residents and those staying overnight in Chowder Bay. Smoking is not permitted at any event within the parameters of East Coast Lounge. Limited metered parking is available in Chowder Bay. We encourage guests to use Uber, Taxis, Water Taxis or the 244 Government bus (see timetable).
